At CCS we understand that the needs and financial obligations of our sector are unlike the traditional business sector. We can offer a range of options tailored to your specific needs based around your funding timetables. We offer blocks of 'Support Hours' that can be pre-purchased when you receive funding - whether it be monthly, quarterly, twice a year or yearly. These 'Support Hours' can be used equally between Remote support, On-site support and Phone support as per our regular schedule of fees. 'Support Hours' do not expire and may be used for all your IT related issues as they arise or be used for Project/Deployment Work.
Support Hours may be purchased as:
- 1 Hour block
- 4 Hour blocks
- 10 Hour blocks
- 20 Hour blocks
- larger available on request
