All clients of Community Computer Services - both old and new may, at any time, log into our Live HelpDesk System to:

  • Create New Support Requests (Tickets)
  • Track the Status of an Existing Support Request
  • Communicate with Technical Support Staff
  • Communicate with Admin and Billing Staff
  • Request quotations and any other tasks you may have
