Maintenance & Support Plans

Our Maintenance Plans are designed to cater to small or medium sized organisations as well as larger, more complex multi-site, multi-departmental environments. 

We can arrange a full business I.T. inspection and propose a complete, comprehensive Maintenance Plan to ensure your I.T. systems will not let you down.

Our Maintenance Plans consist of a number of modules you can select as part of an overall Maintenance Package for your organisation. We will not charge you for services you do not need. We will come to you to see how you operate in order to gain a better understanding of your needs and what you do on a day to day basis. From this we will develop a cost effective I.T. Maintenance strategy that will help keep your I.T. infrastructure always available.

Remote Monitoring

We can monitor your systems, servers, logs, firewalls, anti-virus, UPS, backups remotely and advise if we see any potential issues. Additionally we can perform the routine maintenance tasks that so many people forget to do including Windows updates and patches on all PC’s, laptops and servers, test backups, run AV scans/sweeps etc Depending on the size of your organisation this can be done daily, weekly or monthly.

Basic Monitoring (M0)

  • Installation of Remote Monitoring on each PC and Server
  • Configuration and Checking of Alerts Levels on Servers
  • Configure Remote Access Availability to each PC and Server
  • Configuration and Checking of AV Software Alerts
  • Monitoring only – No Labour or Preventative Maintenance

Basic Maintenance Package (M1)

  • 2 Hours Per Month
  • Ideal for Organisations of up to 5PC’s and No Server
  • Ensure all PC’s and Laptops are fully patched and up to date
  • Ensure all PC’s are scanned for Viruses and Malware and that definitions are up to date
  • Perform manual AV Sweep/Scan
  • Check and Test Backup
  • Clean Up temporary files on each PC and check HD space
  • Perform Updates of Adobe Reader, Java, Flash etc
  • Check Print Queues
  • Check Print Supply Levels

Standard Maintenance Package (M2)

  • 2 Hours Per fortnight
  • Ideal for Organisations of 1-10 PC’s and up to 2 Servers
  • Ensure all PC’s and Laptops are fully patched and up to date
  • Ensure all PC’s are scanned for Viruses and Malware and that definitions are up to date
  • Perform manual AV Sweep/Scan
  • Check and Test Backup
  • Clean Up temporary files on each PC and check HD space
  • Perform Updates of Adobe Reader, Java, Flash etc
  • Ensure all Server Operating Systems are patched and up to date
  • Ensure all Server software ie Exchange, Sharepoint, SQL etc are patched and up to date
  • Check Exchange Logs and Queues
  • Check RDP Access
  • Check and Clear Server HD space
  • Check VM Hosts and Logs
  • Check any VM Software is patched and up to date
  • Check Hosted Internal and External Site Connectivity
  • Check Print Queues
  • Check Print Supply Levels
  • Check RAID/SAN Status
  • Check and Test Site to Site Communications (if applicable)
  • Check Firewall Logs and Performance 

Premium Maintenance Package (M3)

  • 2 Hours Per Week
  • Ideal for larger 10-30 PC’s and up to 4 Servers
  • Ensure all PC’s and Laptops are fully patched and up to date
  • Ensure all PC’s are scanned for Viruses and Malware and that definitions are up to date
  • Perform Manual Scan/Sweep of all PC’s
  • Check and Test Backup
  • Clean Up temporary files on each PC and check HD space
  • Perform Updates of Adobe Reader, Java, Flash etc
  • Ensure all Server Operating Systems are patched and up to date

  • 2 Hours Per Day
  • 30+ PC’s and up to 10 Servers, multi-site
  • Ensure all PC’s and Laptops are fully patched and up to date
  • Ensure all PC’s are scanned for Viruses and Malware and that definitions are up to date
  • Perform Manual Scan/Sweep of all PC’s
  • Check and Test Backup
  • Clean Up temporary files on each PC and check HD space
  • Perform Updates of Adobe Reader, Java, Flash etc
  • Ensure all Server Operating Systems are patched and up to date
  • Ensure all Server software ie Exchange, Sharepoint, SQL etc are patched and up to date
